In our business operations, Nanine Agri Business deals with cocoa that is being produced in Kyela and Rungwe District. As a company we are more focused with operations from Kyela which is organic and gas a good unique taste. The predominantly cocoa available is Forestario
Quality Management of Cocoa
The cooperatives are responsible for the fermentation process and drying
processes. Once the cocoa is fermented, its dried up and then taken to storage. AT
this level, the local cooperative is responsible for checking on quality and then it
delivers to Warehouse The Warehouse ae being managed by private companies and
once they receive stock they:
- Check for external matters
- Moisture content
- Quality standards as per quality manual
